My own journey towards wellness.

“It always seems impossible until it’s done”

I was on a dead-end road for far too long.  I was unhappy but didn’t know what to do or how to change my life.  Fear kept me rooted in one place.  I suffered from depression.  Medication did not give me long-term results.  During COVID, with the encouragement of a friend, I enrolled in an online course from The Institute of Integrative Nutrition.

This couldn’t have come at a better time.  I can confidently say this was my true calling into health and wellness.  I knew I wanted to help others with their own unique challenges.  From my teachings, I have learned the importance of a positive mindset.  Too often our self-limiting beliefs and fears keep us stuck in one place.  I know my well-being, both mentally and nutritionally, depends on me and my choices alone.

You have to plant the seeds from within.  It has been a long process of self-development and exploration but I found my purpose and passion in becoming a health coach.  As a result of learning to heal myself, I’m here to incorporate my teachings and personal experiences in order to help others.
